BeretBobs Calf Raise Dropset Brutality

This is how I like to do my calf Raises .
I start with about 30kg and move down till i have used the lowest weight around 4kg.
They are very basic but very effective for growth and they bring a serious burn but if you fight threw the pain you will see results.
A little tip turn the toes in to hit the outside of the calfs and turn your toes out to hit the inside.
A toes forward position will give all over calf development.
