Deadlifts, Machine squats, Back extensions, Calf raises

Deadlift day! Somewhat of a snowstorm in Chicago today, so getting to the gym was a little rough. My car was stuck in residential parking and the streets haven’t been cleared yet. Hard-headed as I am, didn’t bother trying to shovel my way out but instead use the “back & forth” method but I still made it out. This was my 5/3/1 week for deadlifts. I hit 435×1, fairly easy. Debating whether I should up next month’s deadlifts training max 15 to 20lbs.

Warm-up/Stretching
Deadlifts x 3
Machine squats x 4
Back extensions x 4
Calf raises x 4
Cooldown stretching
