Double leg calf raise on a step – Achilles Tendinopathy // Stand on an edge of a step/stair with your feet shoulder width apart in a comfortable stance. Now try to lift your heels off the floor whilst going onto your tiptoes. Make sure to complete the full range of motion of the ankle by lowering yourself below the line of the step.
