The seated calf raise is a great exercise to target your calves.
DUMBBELL SEATED CALF RAISE:
To perform Dumbbell Seated Calf Raise:
1. Place a riser, a board, or a small step in front of a seat.
2. Sit down on the seat, place the balls of your feet on the riser, and set a dumbbell vertically on each knee, while holding them in place with your hands.
3. To begin the movement, slowly lower your heels as far as your can without resting them on the floor.
4. Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as you can. Feel the squeeze.
