Seated Calf Raise On Ironmaster IM2000 Smith Machine

Quick demo of Seated Calf Raises on the Ironmaster IM2000 Self Spotting Machine.

Here we use the Ironmaster Leg Press Plate. You can do it with the bar, but obviously the bar will dig in hard on your thighs. Using the Leg Press Plate disperses the weight and is much more comfortable.

We also use the Ironmaster Calf Block too.
