The plantar fascia is a fibrous tissue that goes across the sole of the foot. This can be quite painful if there is inflammation of the this fibrous band.
You can use a rolled up towel instead of a fasciitis fighter to perform this exercise. Place your toes on the fascitiis fighter or the rolled up towel. Perform a calf raise in this position.
