How To Set Up A Seated Calf Raise With A Barbell

Seated calf raise is a great exercise. In fact, it is the only one that effectively stimulates the soleus muscle in the lower leg. However, if training at home or in a gym that doesn’t have a seated calf machine, you don’t want to neglect this body part (especially if you are a bodybuilder).

In this video, I demonstrate how to set up seated calf raises using a barbell and a rack so you can make sure to give proper attention to your calf development.
