Hey Everybody! In today’s video I recap completing 100 calf raises for 30 days! I expected results, but the results I obtained were not what I expected. To nearly gain an inch on each calf for over these 30 days is crazy to me. I did end up gaining weight through this time which could help benefit the growth of my calf’s as well; however, it wasn’t a crazy amount of weight. I only did 100 calf raises, I never completed extra calf sets on leg days, so it was a strict only 100 calf raises a day. Some days may look like I didn’t complete 100 calf raises, but the camera was just acting weird, trust me I did them.
April 6th (178.2 lbs)
Right Calf: 13 1/4”
Left Calf: 13 1/8”
April 23rd(179.6 lbs):
Right Calf: 13 3/4”
Left Calf: 13 5/8”
May 8th (181 lbs):
Right Calf: 14”
Left Calf: 13 7/8”
