How To Do A Calf Raise-Exercising At Home

In this video, I show you how to do a calf raise. It is a simple exercise that works out the lower half of your legs. One of the greatest things about this leg exercise is the simple fact that it doesn’t require any equipment. If your own body weight isn’t enough, you can grab some objects and hold onto them as you are doing the calf raises (make sure that the objects are of equal weight).
