Rocking Standing Calf Raise

Muscle Targeted: Calves
Starting position:
Choose the appropriate weight. Lift the barbell behind your head resting on your upper shoulders. Your feet are shoulder-width apart.
Exercise:
From the starting position do an upwards motion bystanding on tips of your toes while contracting your calf muscles. Then you stand on your heels with your toe tips lifted. Inhale while you are going onto your heels and exhale when you are going back on your toe tips. Do the required number of repetitions.
Note:
Watch for sideways toe tip and heel rotation.
Keep your knees in the same vertical plane with your with feet tips.
Recommendation:
Choose an appropriate resistance to start.
