Calf raise pyramid challenge

Calf raise pyramid challenge:

Beginner:
Perform 1 single calf raise with one leg and then the other leg.
Then perform 2 and 2, 3 and 3…Do this until you have reached 5 with each leg.

Intermediate:
Perform 1 single calf raise with one leg and then the other leg.
Then perform 2 and 2, 3 and 3…Do this until you have reached 10 with each leg.

Advanced:
Perform 1 single calf raise with one leg and then the other leg.
Then perform 2 and 2, 3 and 3…Do this until you have reached 20 with each leg.
