The Workout!
2 Sets of 10 Leg Swing (Forward/Back, Side/Side)
2 Sets of 10 Light Back Squat

5 Sets of 5-6 Heavy Back Squat
3 Sets of 12 Roman Deadlift
3 Sets of 10 Leg Press (Feet high)
2 Sets of MAX Seated Calf Raise
2 Sets of MAX Standing Calf Raise

3 Sets of Down-Back Lunges with 90lb EZ Bar
