A great method for calves is supersetting heavy partials with full range movements. This simple routine is the perfect method to put muscle mass on the calves.
A1- Donkey partial calf raises 4×8 reps on a 10X8 tempo, rest 10 sec
Pause 8 seconds at the top of the range of motion.
Lighten the weight by roughly 25%
A2- Donkey calf raises (full range) 4×12 reps on a 12X0 tempo, rest 2 minutes
