Welcome to Fitness Friday! My favorite day of the week! LET’S GO!!! Today we’re highlighting the seated calf raises. Leg Day is my favorite lift day at the gym and seated calf raises is one of my favorites for this day. Seated calf raises focuses on the largest muscle in the calf, the gastrocnemius muscle. I really like to Superset between seated and standing calf raises, but today I only hit seated calf raises. Go light and work your way up to heavy. Take your time. No rapid movement/no ego lifting.
