Ankle sprain recovery
It’s now been 13 days since my ankle sprain and we are heading back for my 3rd appointment with Paul Coker at Move Physio. The rehab is definitely going well and I can’t quite believe where I am in my recovery. I think a lot of the credit has to go down to the great treatment that I’ve been getting from Paul, it has really speeded up the whole recovery process. There’s been a lot of love on YouTube for Paul and it seemed like a lot of our viewers found his extensive knowledge very helpful, so we took the cameras along again to show you guys what we worked on and how the injury is recovering:
