Forward Leaning Calf Raise Holds

This video is about the Forward Leaning Calf Raise Holds drill. It is an isometric drill designed to build single leg calf strength and stability through the ankle. Start with 3 sets of 25 second holds and is it gets easier increase by 5 seconds all the way up to 45 second holds.
