This exercise demo shows how to perform Elevated Calf Raises with correct form.
A great exercise for increasing strength in your calves. Stand tall on an elevated surface with your heels over the edge of the surface, supporting your weight in the balls of your feet. Lower your heels towards the floor, whilst maintaining balance on the balls of your feet. Press up tall onto your toes, flexing your calves, then lower back to the lower position and repeat.
