Here’s another tip for our STEPtember walking tips series! A healthy ankle is so important for good walking technique. This involves both flexiblity through the joint as well as strength through the calf muscles. We want to make sure the joint moves well through every phase of gait.
Here is Suzy’s tip for an ankle stretch moving into her favourite exercise – a calf raise!
