I CHALLENGE YOU to do 200 Calf-Raises per day for 30 Days. They don’t have to be performed consecutively, but aim to finish the month doing 200 non-stop. This challenge can be performed at the same time as other challenges. Do not accept this challenge if you have any lower-body injuries.
Great footwork comes from strong legs. You body is a chain and any weak link makes the chain weak. This is the first challenge in a series of leg-strengthening challenges.
