Quick Calf Workout to Add Definition to Your Calves

This quick calves workout helps you strengthen your calves in just 4 minutes. . This workout is great to fit into your day when you don’t have a ton of time – do it at work or at home! The goal is to just work your calf muscles in the time that you have.

The exercises in this workout are:
Round 1:
-Standing calf raises (30 seconds)
-Single leg calf raises (right leg, 30 seconds)
-Single leg calf raises (left leg, 30 seconds)

Round 2:
-Repeat round 1

These exercises can be done with, or without weights.
