Standing Bodyweight Calf Raise

Stand with your feet hip distance apart and place your arms at your side or slightly in front of you for balance. Elevate your heels as high as they will raise up while you maintain balance in your toes and allow full contraction of your calves through the range of motion. Hold contraction for a brief moment and slowly return your heels back down to the floor. Your heels will hover over the floor as you regain your balance and repeat.
