Plantar Fascia Rehab calf raises 3013 tempo

– Place a rolled up towel under toes as illustrated in video
– Ensure calf raises are performed under towel preferably on carpet for protection
– Keep tension in glutes throughout movement
– Raise onto the balls of the feet keeping even pressure across the span of the forefoot i.e. don’t roll up onto the outside of the foot
– Hold the top position for 3 controlled seconds, lower for 3 seconds and repeat
– Perform in front of a wall, lightly touching for stability
