I did 1,000 Calf Raises Every Day for 30 Days | RESULTS

I trained my calves every day for a month and here’s what happened. I was sick and tired of having small calves. They have always been a lagging muscle group of mine. I typically did a few sets of weighted calf raises at the end of my workouts, but that didn’t seem to make a difference. So I decided to throw everything I could at them and use a blitzkrieg style of training. I went all out and did 1,000 calf raises everyday for a month to demand my stubborn calfs to grow. As a result I got really sore in the first few days, but eventually found rhythm. Stay tuned to the end for the results. Also get out there and do your calf raises people!
