1. Seated calf raise

Today, with the help of our personal trainer Klodya Garros (from EVO Rue de Lausanne in Geneva) we bring you a short and sweet 10-minute core and stability workout.

This training session will take around 10 minutes to perform, making it a perfect finisher after an intense workout. It can also be used as a warm-up drill. It consists of 4 exercises to be performed for 3 rounds. At the end of each set, you’ll relax with a gentle spine massage.

1. Seated calf raise – 20x
2. Swiss ball crunch – 10x
3. Swiss ball chest press – 10x
4. Swiss ball Russian twist – 20x
