Start
Position your feet on the edge of a step with only the balls of your feet on the platform and your legs straight but not locked at the knees.

Movement
Without Clenching your toes and keeping your legs straight raise up as high as you can onto your toes until you feel a full contraction in your calf muscle. Slowly return to the start position. Perform the prescribed number of reps.
