Single Leg Kettlebell Calf Raise

Single Leg Kettlebell Calf Raise is a strength exercise for isolating your calves, which are located at the lower part of the leg.
In need of a kettlebell? Then BUY them here:

Stand on the ball of one foot, on the step while holding a kettlebell in the hand on that side.
Use your opposite hand for balance.
Keep your neutral spine; shoulders back – chest out and tummy tucked in.
Raise up on to your toes while exhaling.
Hold for a second or two.
Bring your heel back down while inhaling.
Repeat on opposite side..
