Got this one from Joe Defranco (check out my review of defrancoinsider). Great bodyweight exercise to hit that slow twitch hunk of muscle in the calves, the soleus.

You can do this anywhere at anytime. The further you lean forward the harder it gets.

Try 3-4 sets of 15-30 reps. Every other day or so. Do it while you watch TV.
