You sit in a desk chair for 8 hours a day (or more), commute to and back from work, sit down for dinner and then to watch TV, browse on a tablet or smart phone or both. Sitting all day does not do you much good, staring at screens even less. Here is a calf raise exercise you can do at your desk, or on the sofa. Happy exercising!
