Best calf raises for ballet dancers! For all shaped feet and legs.

These single and two-leg calf raises untilize the strength not only of your calves but your adductors and glutes. Squeezing the ball will help you find the correct muscle to use which in turn will strengthen your turnout! I also like to stand on a 1/2 foam roller as shown or on a step/stair in order to drop the heels downward for a stretch in between rises.

Follow along as I demonstrate both single and double calf raises with a Pilates ball. You can use any ball about the size shown!!
