These single and two-leg calf raises untilize the strength not only of your calves but your adductors and glutes. https://theaccidentalartist.me/best-calf-raises-for-ballet-dancers/ Squeezing the ball will help you find the correct muscle to use which in turn will strengthen your turnout! I also like to stand on a 1/2 foam roller as shown or on a step/stair in order to drop the heels downward for a stretch in between rises.

Follow along as I demonstrate both single and double calf raises with a Pilates ball. You can use any ball about the size shown!!
