Adapted donkey calf raises

This is one of my favorite drills which I adapted as we don’t have this specific machine at our #gym. Donkey #calf raises work both heads evenly, so we don’t necessarily need to worry about shifting our feet during the exercise (although we can, if we want to target one of the heads over the other).
The second muscle in the calf is called the soleus. This is a small, flat muscle that is located under the gastrocnemius.
Throw in #squats to activate #glutes #hamstrings and #quads, now it’s a powerful movement
Works many secondary muscles as well. #legs #core
