Donkey calf raise and sissy squats

Two weeks out from the Figure Olympia! I like doing the donkey calf raise, as it allows me to lift heavy without putting much stress on my back. Sissy squats are a great alternative to leg extensions – I prefer compound movements to isolation movements, and it seems to be kinder on the knees! Thanks for watching!
