Barbell-Down-Back Donkey Calf Raises in the Power Rack – if you don’t have a donkey calf raise machine or a partner to ride on your back, THIS is the exercise you need. All you need is a rack and a barbell (and a calf block and a bar pad, if you’ve got one). You set one end higher, one end a bit lower then get your back underneath one end of the bar. Now it’s just donkey calf raises from there. Works GREAT
