I am a fan of these 30 day workout challenges, and in this video I share with you my journey doing the 30 day calf challenge.
I have always envied girls with nice calves (and guys lol) and always dreamed of having nice calves myself, but I have always had them skinny muscle-less legs. When I do workout my legs though, the quickest part to gain muscles are my quads.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy. I will keep working out at the gym and really challenge my calves with weights. Hopefully that can trigger some dramatic results.
